I’m Alex, founder of Element P. I’ve always been interested in finding practical ways to feel, recover, and perform better — whether that meant training, staying focused, or simply taking better care of myself.
Eventually, that curiosity led me to molecular hydrogen.
I spent hours learning about the technology, the research surrounding molecular hydrogen, and the different ways people were incorporating hydrogen water into their routines. Then I started using it myself.
What stood out wasn’t some dramatic overnight transformation. It was how naturally it became part of my day.
